The Fixed Asset Management module in MediCubes enables hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers to maintain complete control over their capital assets — from acquisition to registration and transfer. Assets such as medical equipment, furniture, IT infrastructure, and utilities can be categorized, grouped, and linked to suppliers. The system handles purchase requisitions, order processing, and GRNs, and distinguishes between registered and unregistered items to ensure accurate tracking. It also provides a detailed audit trail of each asset’s lifecycle, including location, transfer, and usage history. Administrators can group assets by category or department and generate reports for physical verification, financial reconciliation, or audits.
